While browsing through Moriya Shrine's RPGs, I came across this 2d action rpg by the name of Tempest of Heaven and Earth ~ Suppression by Celestial. Lullaby for Gaia ~. What a long name! I'll just refer to it as Tempest from now on. The game begins with Iku running away and Yukari showing up to teleport Tenshi down to the earth. Afterwards... she progresses through the stage to do... something. No idea, I can't read Japanese. Well I've been playing this game for about 1.5hrs and so far it has been lots of fun. You travel through the stages playing as Tenshi Hinanawi. Along the way you battle enemies using various bullets, bombs, her sword of Hisou, and her stone thingy. At the end of the stage, you battle a boss similarly to the original Touhou series. They each have 5 lives and each time you take away a health, they will switch to a spellcard and then back to their normal bullets. The bosses are fairly challenging as they require you to use a different strategy for each spellcard, as well as using your dash to dodge their attacks. I'd like to keep this post short, so I think I'll write more about it once I have completed it. Give this game a try if you want to play something fun and exciting!
